"Who of Back 40" Original Giclée on Canvas

Back 40 is a feed store in Kerrville, Texas.  This fellow wandered in one day and when told of his rather abrupt entrance, the owner said “who?” Thus, the name.  Who since took over management of the store, stock and even the customers. Quite a guy.
