The Medina River is located in South Central Texas and eventually connects to the Gulf of Mexico. It is a hearty river with kayaking, swimming, fishing, and tubing, and to a great extent, is lined with Cypress Trees.  This scene is just outside of Bandera, Texas, in a town called Medina.
